Such comments suggest that each dish is crafted with care and attention to flavor, essentials for any memorable dining experience.
Moreover, the appeal of Bangla Spice doesn't stop at in-restaurant dining. Their satisfaction with the taste of the food reinforces the establishment's culinary prowess.
- Flavor Variety: The menu may be concise, but it features an array of choices, including thoughtful vegetarian options. Sandra Wilkinson expresses her delight in the availability of specials for vegetarians, with the Tadka Dall receiving special mention for its quality.
- Excellent Service: A recurring theme in customer reviews is the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Gregor MacKenzie emphasizes the quick and approachable service, complemented by well-cooked, tender chicken dishes.
- Generous Portions: Many diners, including Brian Wylie, noted the generous serving sizes. This makes it perfect for sharing or taking food home, enhancing the overall value of the dining experience.
Highlights such as the incredible Prawn Bhaji mentioned by Chrissy Evans and the exquisite presentation of food echo the sentiment that Bangla Spice is a place that takes its cuisine seriously yet remains welcoming and friendly. While some reviews identify room for improvement in providing a deeper selection of accoutrements like mixed pickles or enhanced naan flavors, these minor critiques do little to overshadow the overall praise and shared enthusiasm for this culinary gem.
In conclusion, Bangla Spice stands out as a paragon of modern Indian cuisine. Whether you are dining in for the ambiance or opting for a takeaway for convenience without compromising on quality, this restaurant delivers an experience that is sure to leave a lasting impression. We usually sit in for our meal, Saturday night we took advantage of the great 20%off after 8pm takeaway deal! So glad we did! The food was amazing as always. Both my wife and I and the two 13 year old lads we fed were well impressed with the meals. Great taste and brilliant service. Can't wait for my next Bangla meal!

Fantastic flavours. Service was quick and friendly. Good portion size. The chicken was well cooked, soft and tender but not overcooked. The waitress was very warm and friendly. Will definitely be back.

Although the menu is quite short, there are some less obvious options and we were really pleased that all the specials were available for vegetarians, as well as all the traditional choices. The food was very good, especially the Tadka Dall. Service, decor and timeliness were all good.
